What goes better with shiny cars than shiny jewelry? It’s the Summer BLING! Hundreds of gently used earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and more will be offered at summer sale prices, to benefit the Jackson Personal Care Ministry.  It’s Friday, June 23 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The sale is at First Congregational Church, 120 N. Jackson   St., in the midst of a Jackson Cruise-In.  The Jackson Personal Care Ministry will soon begin its sixth year of assisting over 100 needy Jackson Country residents each week with soap, shampoo, toothpaste, detergent and other non-food necessities.
