Bio: Victor Marshall taught science for 40 years, starting at Ball State University and retiring from Jackson College. His family has lived in the area for 48 years and they have been members of UUCEL for 37 years. He has been an avid environmentalist since 1970, and has seen a great improvement in the public’s attitude toward our life-support systems since then.
